I went in (after my daughter told me they wouldn’t have it)looking for a charm bracelet as a birthday gift for my granddaughter’s sweet sixteen. Everyone kept telling me to go online but i didn’t want to risk it not arriving on time. So I went in and was waited on immediately and they had exactly what I wanted!!! I can even order more charms to add to the bracelet !!! I still like the personal touch rather than online. The sales rep was so patient and kind ( something we don’t get much nowadays). I will be going back!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Van Adams Jewelers. My aunt, who passed away of COVID-related complications in April 2020, left me some of her jewelry. Her hands were much smaller than mine, and many of her pieces needed both upsizing and repair work. I took them into Van Adams and they carefully helped me prioritize and sort through the work that needed to be done, all the while showing great empathy and kindness to both my mother and me. Every piece they serviced came out perfectly. In addition, they gave me good prices on 14K jewelry that I was no longer wearing, helping me to size more of the rings than I otherwise would have been able to. At a very difficult point in time for my family, the visits to Van Adams Jewelers were bright spots for both my mom and me. I am now a loyal customer and will absolutely be back. I recommend them 100%.
