I got a dermaplane facial done with Ashley. I got 2 cuts (from her) on my face, 1 of them worse than the other. She didn't tell me and I didn’t notice until I’d left, but when I brought it up to her over text and sent pictures, she refused to issue a full refund. Upon agreeing to issue a partial refund, she went and blocked me on social media- even when I was completely cordial and respectful, despite being upset by having cuts on my face.
