Being a patient at the VA, at Lake Nona Clinics, I have great respect for all Doctors, Nurses, clerks, and even floor staff.  My care at Dermatology, has been lifesaving.  Stephenie Jones is top shelf, and down to earth.  Robert A. Rimini

This place is so negligent it is dangerous. Completely unprofessional, low quality, lazy doctors and staff. There should be a Surgeon General’s warning above every entrance.

Absolutely the most difficult place to get care for a veteran. It looks good but the staffing is low, wait times are long and they are concerned about people’s sexual preference. Put up the flags and get to caring for veterans.

Very disappointed I have been going here for a few years and every time I have to wait 6-9 months for a dental appointment and every time it gets canceled a few weeks out and they try to reschedule another 6-9 months later. And every time I have to go to patient advocacy just to get an appointment within a couple months after they cancel my appointment. I refuse to believe it’s just me.
