The campus is very nice and clean. Kate who works at the radiology was not friendly at all. She called my father up to the desk and I parked his wheel chair along the side so he could be part of the conversation. She abruptly and very condenscending said, I just called you up here your not going back! Then responded , it doesn’t take much to be nice and that we knew we were not being called back. This place is by far the absolute worst VA facility I have ever been to. The staff is just nasty and rude. After waiting over an hour and a half to get bloodwork done I finally had to leave because I had to be at work. When called to reschedule I was hung up on once and then when I called back I was laughed at and told to just come back before 4pm and they see what they can do. I will never set foot in this facility again.

The first 3 times I came for my infusions. Everything was good because my phone was going off. They showed me into a little room instead of the infusion room. Why should it belong? Nobody said during those 3 days there was an issue with my phone Now all of a sudden. There is !!!!
