They did a terrible job. No instructions on care of flowers in foam. Left flowers when I wasn’t home. They had my telephone number, and didn’t tell me they left them on the ground outside my front door. Head of deer detached from front of sled. Person I called acted like everyone knows to add water every other day. Yet, paper attached had nothing under Care Instructions. Flowers already look bad.
