Purchased a full synthetic oil change on Groupon for $49.50. Went there today and had my oil changed. I was charged an additional $35.01. Not sure what I got for purchasing the Groupon. Seems like I paid $84.51. Not much of a deal from the $89.99 regular price. Last time I use Valvoline.

I had my 2016 chev Silverado with only 20,000 miles in for an oils change and tire rotation on 4-22-19 and who did the oil change left grease marks all over the front fenders. I washed it this morning 4-23-19 and the grease came off but now I have scuff marks! Hopefully can be buffed out but wtf! Clean off the grease you leave and check stuff over. so tired of bad, lazy people. First time and last time I'll go to IGH for a oil change and free scuff marks!
Love that I can stay in my car! Polite, courteous, friendly staff. Worked seamlessly and efficiently as a team. When I lived in Iowa I went to Valvoline for all my oil changes and as many other services as possible. Have NEVER felt pressured at either location to purchase extra services. Keep up the great business practices and you will have me as a customer for life.
