Professional and courteous staff, quick and thorough work, and upfront with everything always makes a great experience.
Went for an oil change and they overfilled my oil and refused to refund me. Had to drain the extra oil myself.
NEW TIMING CHAIN NEEDED. Cost me $2000 to get my car fixed. Which can be caused from not properly doing all the steps correctly for an oil change. For example too much oil in cars… Valvoline denied they did anything - car was ok when I went there and now I have been without a car and it’s going to cost a lot of money to fix! Valvoline doesn’t care at all! I removed my previous review hoping the business would assist in resolving the issues that occurred after the oil change that was done. I had the same exact problem as the previous person on this thread regarding my oil change. After my oil change at Valvoline,, something else went wrong with my car and when I went to get it fixed (My car wouldn’t start) They checked my oil and said that it was a mess. I explained that I had just gotten it changed. They proceeded to show me that it was NOT properly changed. I had to pay double at this point just to make sure my oil was ok. I will be going somewhere else for my next oil change.
