They were very thorough and very patient with me when my doctor called as they were still finishing up. I totally forgot I had a telehealth appointment scheduled during that time! I kept interrupting the tech to talk to my doctor. It was hectic but they made it work! 😁 I live out of state but visit the Trexlertown location whenever I’m in town as they consistently provide excellent service!
Staff were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I was greeted promptly, and once in the bay, there was no fooling around; they got straight to work!

I go to the Trexlertown Valvoline quite often since I do drive for Uber & Allstate. Sometimes they will check things like the lights or tire pressure if they feel like it. But the will make sure to check expensive things like your AC or battery without asking. Then we have a worker by the name of Mike. He is a very bad attitude especially when you tell him not to check things. Sorry but I just had my AC compressor replaced so I don't need an oil change company to mess with my AC.
