Staff was friendly. Oil change took about 15 minutes. No wait.
My car is coming up on 10 years, 150k+ miles and I’m no car expert- tried Valvoline for the first time and they took time to answer my questions, were super helpful and I did not break the bank getting an oil change + some routine replacements. Pete and a gentleman with sweet hair helped me out, I couldn’t be more thankful to know I have a car place where I won’t be scammed around Mason.
Fantastic service, two men installed a new battery for me after the store was closed for labor day weekend. They truly went above and beyond, and have won my loyalty for the future!
