Very rushy and rude with his eye roll to get my payment before I could think if I wanted to do a transmission flush with my oil change. Good thing I said no. Looks like a bunch of kids work here at this location. Didn’t reset my oil light, other valvolines do, didn’t check or air up my tires. I knew I had a low tire but I’ve never had to ask them to air them up or check. I didn’t realize until I was gone they didn’t add air. Overall don’t recommend or will return.
This is now the second time Jose helped me during my visit. He is personable and a good conversational person! Will be returning when it’s time for another oil change.
They didn’t wanna do my oil change due to a cracked oil filter. Told me my hanger to my catalytic converter was hanging and I needed to fix the issue before doing anything?…..So I went home. Come to find out under there nothing was hanging off. Slightly rubbing but nothing completely off. All they had to do was change the filter and the damn oil. My emergency contact ended up just doing it for me and put zip ties to keep it from rubbing and used his hands push it back nothing crazy. Did it all in the night too, with no jack ... read more
Super fast and super nice. Jose was probably the nicest person I have ever met at Valvoline. 5 stars just for him and his attitude and kindness.
