I like the convenience of not getting out of your car. However, I don't like all the up sales. They recommended I get a tire rotation, I just got new tires 3 days before my oil change. My oil change was $127.
The best customer Service!!!!!
Michael and the other gentleman working today were AWESOME. Seriously, this was the best experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change. It was just the two of them working because a new store opened and some of their team had moved over there, but they handled everything so well. They never complained, were super kind and helpful, and still made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I will absolutely be coming back. 10 stars out of 5 for these guys!!
This was my first oil and filter change with Valvoline and it was an excellent experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
