My first time using Valvoline and they did a great job. It was quick and easy. Everyone was very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing and looking at during the process. I even learned some stuff I never knew. I would definitely recommend them for an oil change. Was a little expensive but you can always find discount coupons online. Beats going to the dealer and taking hours. I was done within ten to fifteen minutes.
Service was fast. Everything explained clearly as service was being provided. Service technicians very polite and obviously well-trained. Never had to leave the car. Did not try to sell services that weren't necessary but did as if wipers were okay. Courtesy checked all the exterior lights.
Went for an oil change before driving to South Carolina the next morning. Got to South Carolina and my daughter asked what was hanging from under my car. Apparently, they failed to put my cover plate back on correctly and we dragged it for around 600 miles. We called customer service and initially got good feedback but called again with the estimate and that's when customer service called the shop that did the oil change.
