Went for an oil change before driving to South Carolina the next morning. Got to South Carolina and my daughter asked what was hanging from under my car. Apparently, they failed to put my cover plate back on correctly and we dragged it for around 600 miles. We called customer service and initially got good feedback but called again with the estimate and that's when customer service called the shop that did the oil change. Quick service, friendly staff, very young trained mechanics taught to upsell all of their available services. Overall a good experience for basic oil change. There could have been an explanation of services that were performed listed on the receipt. Comments weren't explained.
Very friendly and kept me well informed on what they were doing.
