Very professional friendly staff. Always informative and thorough, but still quick. I’ve been to a lot of Valvolines and this one is my favorite. 5 star staff every time!
I went to the Vavoline for an oil change and asked if they honored the $25 coupon I received in the mail. The employe said they did and then scanned my bar code on my driver door to make sure it didn't have recalls. After about 2 minutes he said it has a recall on the engine and they couldn't change the oil. I left and went to Strickland brothers 2 miles away and got my oil changed. Wow — highly recommend this store! The staff were incredibly helpful and made our first visit a great experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We’ll definitely be returning. Great job to the entire team!
