My service was fast, efficient, and priced well. The technicians were very polite, kept me informed of the entire process, and told me what to expect. They offered additional services that would be beneficial, but didn’t try to sell me on services or products I didn’t want.
Mak and Leslie are awesome and very helpful, and there quick and easy, definitely would recommend,
Leslie, the CSR, was absolutely fantastic and made what is normally a task I put off, an enjoyable experience (as much as an oil change can be). She didn't try to upsell things I didn't need and was a pleasure to deal with. For that reason, we will absolutely be coming back and bring our other car to be serviced as well. The entire team working on July 26th at 5:00 pm seemed to be running like a well-oiled machine (pun absolutely intended).
I highly recommend this location.. Mack was very professional, and pleasant. And they were all fast and efficient!
