I had a very unpleasant experience at this Valvoline location due to an employee named Dee. From the start, she was rude, unprofessional, and clearly had a bad attitude. While I watched her provide friendly, thorough service to other customers, I did not receive the same level of care or attention. She barely communicated, made me feel like a bother, and left the job unfinished without any explanation.
