James and his teammate Oliver were very well trained not only in handling my older vehicle but displayed top notch customer service and communication skills. It was a pleasure getting the oil changed and fuel injection cleaned. They took the time to set expectation when I departed updating me with the possible side effects. Nothing happened but I was ready and my car is running smoothly. James also displays excellent leadership skills and teaming. Very impressive to see him work with his entire team.
Oliver was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and efficient.
