Today was my first patronizing Valvoline. John/Manager was very friendly front start to finish. I advised him it was my first time and he took care of getting me in and out. Jose took over for him and he was a very pleasant young man to talk with. They did not pressure me to do things that really didn't need to be done on this visit. But advised by the next 2 visits I may want to consider changing the filters. I was especially excited about being able to sit in my car while they changed the oil. AWESOME, IN AND OUT, AMAZING SERVICE! MY FAMILY CARS ONLY GOING TO VALVOLINE.
My mom and I drove through to get an oil change and get the tires rotated. John, the shop manager, was so friendly and helpful. We were very impressed that he was honest about some upcoming work that might need to be done on the car. He gave us detailed, honest advice on some things and sent us on our way. The work was done in a very timely manner.
