The men that I interacted with at the Warrenton store were very kind and professional. They listened to everything I had to say. I had a very bad experience at the Warrenton Midas recently and was treated in a very misogynistic way by the owner. I was very uneasy pulling my car in the pit so one of the gentlemen said he could. Quick and efficient service. Team (Austen, and can’t remember other names) were welcoming, courteous, and friendly. Service was wonderful.
Never a wait, staff very friendly
Came back to the shop a few days after an oil change service with a small leak from oil pan bolt. No questions asked they replaced the bolt with a new one I provided. Now we can go on our road trip worry free. Thank you John for saving the weekend!
