This location is quick and almost no wait time. The team is knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. This is my preferred location.
Tech was good, helping from another location. Otherwise I waited 1 hour 20 minutes to get oil change. One employee came and told me to swap places with another car. Then told me to pull up. I said no. You can ask but you don’t tell a customer. Probably will not go to that location again. Should only take @25 minutes
Linus was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the services, and Marissa did an excellent job with my oil change. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Just a very smooth and pleasant experience overall—thank you both!
My dad had taken his car here before he passed away for an oil change. Valvoline tightened the oil filter so tight that it could not be untightened which resulted in stripping and cracking. Valvoline refused to do anything to fix the problem. Linus, the manger, in particular, was not willing to do anything to make the situation better. Went for an oil change and tire rotation during my lunch break and ended up spending an hour as they seemingly trained someone in who spilt oil all over while six other employees sat around chatting and distracting him. Finally, after an hour I was ready to check out and their card reader wouldn't work. Instead of trying a different card reader they called IT and then blamed my credit card, to no one's surprise it did end up being the card reader.
