Two things: first, I was charged $98 after giving them a $10 coupon. $108 to change oil and filter. Just wow! Second, every time I go, I have to ask them to reset my dashboard "Check Engine" screen. They don't do it for $108. I have to remember to ask them to do it, and this time I forgot. So looking at the price for new oil and filter done by them, I went on Amazon and bought oil and filters for $35 from Amazon (Mobil One 0-15 and Fram) and will change my wife's and my Rav4 oil and filter, saving myself $65 each vehicle. I have truly never taken the time to write a review like this, especially for an auto shop, but this experience absolutely deserves it.
