Something has changed. Management maybe. But the staff over the last year has been very professional. Not anymore. No smiles or hello. Just very crappy looks. Not just to me but all customers in the bays. Even another customer stated next to me that he won't be coming back. Really sad to see a great place go down hill. Not a big deal to me, but a small thing I noticed is they used to use safety bars when in the air. No longer doing that. Just an example of things getting too relaxed and service going down hill.
From the time I pulled in to the station I was updated how long it was going to be I was treated with professionalism and courtesy, the tech explained everything to me . Also I really like Jada she is usually the one that always greets me Keep up the great work

I have been coming here for so long that I didn’t expect the attitude from them today, I took a good 2 minutes asking them about mileage before we started on the oil change on my car just to make sure we were all on the same page about everything, I wanted my next change to be in the next 10k miles instead of 5k, I guess they didn’t like that because that’s where the disrespect started.
