I should have been told removing the oil drain plug to remove the old oil was an option before and not after the oil change. Pumping the oil out of the fill tube leaves all the metal shavings and other undesirables in the bottom of the oil pan. It was only mentioned after I questioned the removal method and expressed my concerns.
As always, the staff was pleasant and professional! They were very busy, but kept everyone moving!
