There was a little bit of a line but it is a service so what can you say. Patiently waited about 15 minutes per car. Was asked and declined wipers and possible air cabin filter replacement. I was asked me about an external air filter and I said "if it looks like it needs changed go ahead and change it" . The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The whole process is speedy, and you're out the door and back on the road very fast. It's always a pleasure to stop in and get my vehicles serviced. I always look forward to stopping in! Jada was an absolute pleasure during my latest visit.
This was my worst consumer experience in several years. This location was out of Oil. I was told By the guy who checks you in that if I purchased the oil and came back With it they would do the oil change in a few minutes. So I purchased the oil at a nearby Walmart and came back and waited for over an hour without service. I Was finally fed up with a place and left.
