Terrible customer service for a small issue that could have been easily resolved. Go locally instead of a franchise like this place.
My husband and I visit here often. We have several vehicles and we bring them all to Valvoline. They are good at what they do. And the manager Billy is awesome. We can always find a good discount coupon online but if not they will offer us one generally.
Great place with friendly staff. Very efficient and helpful with recommendations and checking for parts before you begin the process. They have lift bays, so if you don't like being elevated, then there are other options available for you.
