Busy for a Sunday visit, but the employees were professional and got to me as quick as they could. Overall it took an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.
I brought my car in for the same oil change as normal. Hood is up and taking a few minutes. The Tech calls over the manager to tell him that He accidentally pulled the top off the dipstick. Another tech said that I might be sent to Express Auto to have it fixed. They needed to another manager for advice and authorization. T.J. the district manager said since an older car they weren't going to anything and I am on my own! They are the only ones that have touched it? 107,000 mi. They said my rear wiper needed to be replaced. I found out later that day thay my son had just replaced the wiper the day before.
Very pleasant staff but try to sell you everything they have. Annoying.
