Valvoline chose to use an inexpensive coolant in my car instead of the kind my vehicle was supposed to have. They called it a universal coolant, I call it deceptive. I never even expected that they would not use the coolant recommended by my cars manufacturer.
I've brought my vehicle in a few times and will continue to do so from here on out. They have a great team who are always friendly, welcoming, and very thorough. Highly recommend.
Nic the manger is amazing on what he does and he cares about his customers. He shows us and tells us on what to do and what could happen. He should get a bonus and a raise. He knows his shit really good! Great fit for being a manager :)
Friendly and professional
Usually change my own oil but if I cant I find a Valvoline. These guys were great, very professional and knew what they were doing. Nich took good care of me!
