**Updated review: Someone contacted me and made things right.** First of all, the workers were very friendly. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my oil in stock, which is fine. I was fine waiting. But it ended up taking an hour and I wasn’t offered a discount or anything along those lines. Came for a ten minute oil change and left an hour later. I just can’t justify the price when it’s supposed to be a fast oil change and that didn’t happen.
Valvoline is the only place I take my cars. The crew here at the Layton location is always super friendly, very efficient and thorough. On my last visit I brought in my truck for an oil change and my daughter brought her car in for emission and they had us both out and on our way in no time at all.
it was an all around great experience, the guys were friendly and genuine. i arrived just after 5pm and was worried i wouldn’t be able to get my oil changed today, but there was no wait and i was out of there in less than 30 mins. price was good too :) highly recommend
I went to the new Layton Utah location in shortly after it open and service was very slow compare to kaysville location. I had coupon I really didn't want drive to kaysville so I decided give Layton location one more chance. Right away lexi walked over to me explained gonna be 10 mins or so since 3 person crew.
