Outstanding service… Technician was informative and knowledgeable… He went above and beyond … The Manager Martell is very professional!!!
This is a drive through service so you don't even need to get out of your car!!!! Martell and his team got us squared away super quickly. They were communicative and efficient. I will be going back next time I need an oil change.
It was all professional until a young woman was climbing on my truck and crawling and engine Bay.
Went here a few months ago to get my oil change and the workers were acting weird but I didn't think much of it. I went to different valvoline location this time because of convenience and as they are working on my vehicle all I hear is "where did you take your car for your last oil change?" And I told them the valvoline on North 2nd (this location). They informed me that they didn't properly tighten up the drain plug. So now I'm realizing why I have oil spots in my garage floor.
