Horrible experience!!!! I provided Valvoline indisputable evidence from an independent mechanic that the staff failed to secure the oil cap which caused the check engine light to go on. Some moron manager called to say they did not see what they did was wrong even while admitting they failed to properly secure the engine oil cap. Securing the oil cap is a basic function of an oil change. I brought the car back to Valvoline the next day after the oil change due to the check engine light and a completely different incompetent ... read more

To change the rear diff and didn't do it the right way my differential blew out a month after it getting changed and they're not supporting the case I highly recommend going somewhere else
