The people were friendly and helpful. I do have a bone to pick with Valvoline however... 🤑 Valvoline wouldn't honor my coupon for $15 off oil change. I was intending on going to Take 5 but I got a coupon for Valvoline, as I was getting my oil changed they offered me $20 off a tire rotation so I thought sure. Oh boy did I mess up. I tried to use my $15 off oil change coupon and they said that they couldn't redeem my coupon because they'd already given me $20 off on the tire rotation. Very friendly and fast. Best place in Laurel,MS!
The guys that worked there were very professional very polite. I love the safety precautions that they have in place for tightening lug nuts making sure oil drain plugs are tight oil filled no leaks and showing you the fill level on the dipstick great service highly recommend.
Very nice people. Checked and explained everything. Second time to use them and happy both times.
