What a Wonderful and very knowledgeable staff at the Laurel, MS location.
Good service, but i prefer a paper receipt, not a email receipt..
I went on my lunch break and it only took about 20 minutes total for an oil change! (mind you there was no wait) $120 for full synthetic, vs. the $85 i would’ve spent + time to change it i think is a great price! the csr, Ashley was great! she held a conversation with me the whole time they were working. both brody and dalton did amazing! great experience and staff!
They put the wrong oil in my truck twice. I asked for a synthetic oil change for my 2024 Ram 3500 Diesel, which calls for 10w-30 synthetic diesel oil. They initially put Shell Rotella T4 in it, which is a conventional oil. Then they got some Shell Rotella T5, which is a synthetic blend, not a full synthetic. They showed me the jug of the T5 and explained that it is a synthetic, when the jug clearly states it is a blend. T6 is Shell's full synthetic product.
