This was my first time going to Valvoline, it was so quick and easy and the men that helped were super nice and checked everything. I will be going back for all my oil changes.
My fiance just took her car there to get an oil change and she had two coupons, one was 50% off and the other was for $25 off. They told her that neither of the coupons would work when they were from the Valvoline website and they also told her that she need full synthetic on a 2013 Chevy Equinox with the 3.6L V6. She ended up paying $111 for an oil change and they also tried to upsale her on an air cabin filter which would have ended up costing her over $150 for what was supposed to be AT MOST a $75 oil change. We just moved to Utah from Texas, where we loved Take 5 Oil Change. I was sad to leave them but going to Valvoline was just as great as Take 5!! I really like being able to stay in my car. The techs were friendly and professional. I really like that they talk to eachother and echo what was heard. Keep up the great work.
