Extremely friendly staff. They answered all of my questions with zero hesitation we laughed about my air filter and they were super nice
They sent me a coupon then didn’t use it They told me I didn’t need the sticker that goes in my car telling me when to come again. They drained my coolant for some unknown reason!
When I left I noticed a burning oil smell. I pulled over and the tech spilled oil all over the motor. I checked the oil and it was 1.5" above the hashtag on the dip stick. When I took it back they sucked out a little more than 1 quart of oil. They did their best to clean the motor but it still smells like burning oil when I stop at a stop light.
