I had seen another review saying that you didn’t have to get out of your car to get your oil changed at the Valvoline station. I love this idea so I checked it out for myself. As a first time, I was a little nervous, not knowing the right way to do things, but the team was really helpful and welcoming, and that nervousness quickly went away. Very friendly service members, but very disappointed in my service experience. It just took so long! After waiting a typical/expected 10 minutes it took 50 minutes to get a simple oil change 🤯! I also opted to get a full synthetic oil. On the are you still writing companies on website it says that full synthetic oil can last anywhere from 10 to 15,000 miles.
