I normally have a great experience with valvoline. Today was pretty disappointing for several reasons. I came in for an oil change. I was told that I had zero transmission fluid. They said it was completely dry! This made me feel panicked because this car has never leaked transmission fluid. I initially felt distressed that I’d been driving my car with no atf!
