The technician did a light check......flash your high beams, left signal, right signal, brakes. He told me both license plate lights were out and would I like to replace them? They were out of stock. This was curious so I checked, myself, when I got home. Both were lit. He had never asked me to turn on the lights. (They don't come on in my vehicle, a Tacoma.) I can flash high beams without turning them on.

Something happened at this location over the last few months. New manager maybe? Last oil change has proved to be disastrous. Took extra long for basic oil change. Like, it was obvious something happened under my car. I heard them discussing.... Then suddenly he was done, showed me my dipstick and I was on my way. No headlight check.
