I went for an oil change today and was very disappointed in the service. First of all I was at this facility for 2 hours! It was only an oil change. When I finally made it into a bay I had to wait again. And when I was finally waited on it was a disaster. The mechanic in bay 3 had no clue how to take the oil filter off or anything else for that matter. Then suspiciously the plastic under the car in the front was loose. The staff at this location work so well as a team. Customer service oriented, informative, and answered all my questions respectfully. All the interactions I had with different members of the team was so upbeat and positive. Great personalities all around. So friendly. "Joey from the block" , the assistant manager of the Putnam CT location is a great asset to your company. Very personable and has wonderful people skills.
