Normally would never call out another shop as a mechanic, but I felt disrespected and was compelled to share my experience. I happened to get a flat and pulled into this shops parking lot after hours.(6:30ish) I proceeded to start changing my flat, and did not want or expect help. After getting the tire loose and off, I was lowering my spare and looked over to at least 4 mechanics watching me through the door like I was a punchline to a bad joke, laughing away. Very thorough service... had my oil changed in 15-20 min. They topped off all the fluids. Topped off my tires. Checked air filter. They did try to sell me some add ons, But were not overly aggressive or pushy. Very good service. Had a $20 coupon... great value. Definitely recommend. Great job guys!

Horrible, is all I can say. It took 2.5 hours to get the oil changed in our RX330. The guy in the pit had no clue what he was doing. There are plastic guards under the car that need to be removed to access the oil filter. After the oil change the pit technician stated that they could not get the guards back on. That the car must have been in an accident at sometime in the past and the mounts were all bent. They were on the car properly when my wife arrived at the shop.
