I am not one to leave reviews, but this was mandatory not only for the service, but myself calling the location back to notify them and their response being simply “thanks”. Very very pleasant I loved them I ordered them pizza for there dinner they told my next oil change I will need a filter keep up the good work and the mgr man forget I see why he is the mgr as soon as I pulled in shop he took care of me thank you so much
I recently brought my car to Valvoline for an oil change and after a terrible experience at Jiffy Lube (East Meadow), where improper service caused severe engine damage that led to a full engine replacement. I was understandably nervous about trusting another shop. The Valvoline team took the time to carefully inspect my vehicle, and provide an oil change.Their attention to detail gave me peace of mind I hadn’t had in a long time. I left feeling reassured that my car was in great hands. I’ll definitely be coming back.
