HEY wanna get an oil change ? Thinking "WOW" I'll get a few moments to catch up on my cellphone while waiting in line , a few minutes to myself ! Do not go to this Vavoline Station! 😆 The most time that I have spent waiting to be worked in is around 5-7 minutes . THEN these young man just have all needs changed and ya out the door before you have anytime to pickup phone ! My husband and I have been startch customers with Valvoline for many years. Of course we were overjoyed when Vavoline opened a garage in Harriman so we no longer have to travel to Knoxville. The staff are exceptional in Harriman. Rich and the other employees go beyond regular work protocols to help with auto maintenance & issues. We always keep up with regular maintenance on our truck . I never leave reviews but my experience was so positive I wanted to take a minute to share. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable with my options but not pushy, while the entire team was professional with their service delivery. Matt and team had us out the door in under 10 minutes with a smile, all with ala 50% off coupon. I'll be taking all my vehicles here moving forward.
