Over the past two days, I brought in both of my vehicles for oil changes. Manager Robert and Asst Mgr Byron were both knowledgeable and personable. Got me in and out quickly. I'll be bringing them more of my business.

Rich and his team were short staffed but worked hard and made sure everyone knew the problems if any that need to be C addressed but didn’t push me into buying it! I totally will be back! Midtown Tn location rocks!
I pulled in off 1-40 overheating and needed a place to stop and get it checked. They took me right in and checked under the hood. While it turned out that the hose had blown and there wasn't a lot they could do to help, Rob filled up the coolant at no charge and helped talk me through my options. He told me I was welcome to wait for my tow or ride in their lot, was very apologetic that they couldn't do more, and was very kind and checked up on me before going home for the night.
