They didn’t have the cabin filter or the engine filter for the air. They claim they didn’t know how to change my transmission oil so I technically went there just to pay a very overpriced oil change. It was very shitty and then on top of that they just went ahead and did the oil change and didn’t tell me til the end that they couldn’t do all the other shit which would have probably made me go somewhere else so they suckered me in on the oil change and then told me they pretty much couldn’t do anything else for my vehicle. Quick and didn't great job
The expansion of services beyond oil changes allows customers to avoid more expensive and inconvenient trips to dealership.
I was very impressed. In the past I have avoided oil change places because of the “sky is falling and there are 17 things wrong with your car” approach. Today it was a great experience with none of that. I was informed about a few options and did accept one. Also the service and manpower at the new Harriman location is awesome! I will be back
