3 stars because my fault should have changed own oil but not blaming though recommend changing own oil on 2011 and newer Jeep Grand Cherokees due to oil cooler problems that is no leaks until they change filter yet overfilling did not help either ruined pcv valve allowing oil in my intake manifold routine is there but experience and that non corporate experience is not even though just an oil change
Quick, easy, and professional! I felt like the team communicated with me well and gave me opportunities to accept or decline services. Prices were reasonable and they made sure I knew what I was paying for! For a first time experience at a Valvoline, it was great! Would definitely come back to this location again.
