I did not like the procedure , oil was vacuumed out through the dip stick tube , I realize there is no chance of stripping the oil pan threads doing it this way, but you can't get a good drain this way

I went early one morning around July 14th 2025 and Ashleigh and Daniel? I think they went above and beyond to get me in and out and they were so pleasant.
I always have a great experience at Valvoline, and today was no exception. The service was quick, friendly, and super efficient. Elizabeth was especially helpful, she explained everything clearly and had such a positive attitude. I really appreciate how easy and stress-free they make it every time. I won’t take my car anywhere else!
