Wow, unbelievable terrible experience. My wife took her 2021 Trailblazer for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Very simple. They drained the antifreeze by mistake and did not refill it. They did not rotate the tired because the lug nuts were "swolen" ???? She left the store and the engine immediately overheated!!!!! She drove back and and they had to fill the radiator with antifreeze. SMH!! Never will we return to this store or would I suggest to anyone go to this store. Simply awful experience.
Been going to vavoline instant oil change for 4 years. The Yorktown and Gloucester location both locations have excellent service and all employees are professional and efficient. I'll continue to have my vehicles serviced there and refer to friends and family. Thank you for the great service!
