Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. I had a few more things that needed maintenance (differential fluids) and they gave me some bundled discounts … which I greatly appreciated!
Service manager was knowledgable, professional, and super courteous! Loved not being made to feel bad about being clueless when it comes to my car. Would recommend this store to anyone, but especially women wanting someone who can answer questions without being condescending or trying to upsell the heck out of you!
Worst custumer service. Went there on a Sunday around 3h30. I parked in the sun..it was a very hot day and my car needed a oil change fast. I was there for around 10 minutes no one asked me what I wanted. They were doing they things laughing and joking. I found it rude for a company who works and people actually pay for the services. In went there because I went to the one in willis once and they were really nice. I was disappointed really
Always fast and convenient!
Taryn and team were amazing as always! Highly recommend this location.
