I would give zero stars if I could. A bad oil change caused a bad leak on a car that had only been purchased a few days before. Because my daughter took it to the dealer who attempted to repair it,rather than back to Valvoline, Valvoline refuses to take responsibility for the fact that it now has major damage and expensive repairs. Valvoline caused the initial problem and my teenage daughter now has no car. Personally, I never go to Valvoline. I take my car to my Mechanic for oil changes. I was sad to see her leave the Central location but with the type of service she extends and the professionalism she shows I am more than happy to drive to derby!
