When you call the number it routes you to some call center and the guy who answered was rude, didnt answer my question, then said I was good to go? Um I called you to ask if you perform ac repair or recharge service on a classic 2000 Buick Park Ave and he responded with he know they can work on a 2017 model? What? Thanks for no help, I wont be giving this company my money. Their workers sound like they hate their job, and don't answer your direct question and try to push you off.
I would give zero stars if I could. A bad oil change caused a bad leak on a car that had only been purchased a few days before. Because my daughter took it to the dealer who attempted to repair it,rather than back to Valvoline, Valvoline refuses to take responsibility for the fact that it now has major damage and expensive repairs. Valvoline caused the initial problem and my teenage daughter now has no car. Personally, I never go to Valvoline. I take my car to my Mechanic for oil changes. On Friday Valvoline Oil Change in Derby and once again I was not disappointed by Jennifer and her crew! I was sad to see her leave the Central location but with the type of service she extends and the professionalism she shows I am more than happy to drive to derby!
