Jennifer, the manager at Valvoline in Derby, was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful! I highly recommend this location. She and her team took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle and provided recommendations that were greatly appreciated. The customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the time, care, and professionalism they showed. Excellent job, Jennifer and team! Keep up the great work!
My original review was 5 star. Very dissapointed in last service. The under cloth they took off to do the oil change was never put back on tightly. The next day it fell off half and was torn by dragging it. I contacted them and tge assisted manager said the manager woukd take care of it. He never contacted me after contacted them 3 times and showing my invoice. Beware! They just lost a 5 star review customer!
My oil change was extremely fast, as always, and the manager checked my air cabin filter and replaced it for me. It hadn’t been checked or changed in a long time, and I appreciated that very much. She also went above and beyond to make me aware of extra coupons for my services and showed me how to reset my dash lights. Harmoney was my technician and was very friendly and did a great job. Overall a very pleasant experience!
