Update: 2nd visit was not great. I went in to service oil change for a Honda SUV and the tech underneath the car had trouble finding the oil drain plug. He ended up making a lot of noise down there and took what sounded like 6 screws off the underbody skid plates (the impact wrench was loud). He used the impact wrench that's used for wheel lugs to remove and put the skid plate screws back on so there's a chance now that's over-torqued.
