I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this Valvoline. After waiting outside for an unreasonable amount of time while employees blatantly ignored me and another waiting customer I was met with a dismissive attitude. This is a stark contrast to the excellent service I've received at other Valvoline locations. Management needs to address the lack of teamwork and poor customer service immediately. I will not be back.
Gustavo and Felipe are by far the best out of the group, they are always so quick and in good spirits every time.
Excellent work, those guy work with hot oil day in day out, NEVER ONCE ASK FOR TIPS! servicing my daily commuter that helps me get to my job and back. They don’t make commission. I went in a few days ago for an oil change. After being very patient with the service taking about 45 minutes and system issues for payment I was told my receipt would be in my email. Not long after my check engine light came on and I had no receipt in my email. I went back and the assistant manager checked the code and it came up as an 02 sensor according to chatGPT is what he said.
