I have gotten services before at different Valvoline this by far was the worst. Honestly I don’t mind waiting, but in this instance the whole lot was empty and we waited outside close to 10min. Once the workers walked out towards the garage they looked bothered. Zero customer service, no quotes before service was initiated. Not even the 18 point checklist was done, as arrived all I was asked “you here for an oil change?” I said “yes” and that’s all they needed to start. Service from then on felt hostile. They did an excellent job on my oil change. While my oil was draining, they were checking my tranny fluid and told them i recently did a tranny flush. So the young gal asked me the date/miles when i got the flush so she can put it in the carfax report. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work!

Great place! Broke the oil dipstick on my wife’s car and then proceeded to blame it on the last one to change oil. lol. Clearly see the break was clean and freshly happened.First and last time going here.
