Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. The oil change was completed in an efficient and timely manner. The waiting time to be served was less than 5 minutes.

I have gotten services before at different Valvoline this by far was the worst. Honestly I don’t mind waiting, but in this instance the whole lot was empty and we waited outside close to 10min. Once the workers walked out towards the garage they looked bothered. Zero customer service, no quotes before service was initiated. Not even the 18 point checklist was done, as arrived all I was asked “you here for an oil change?” I said “yes” and that’s all they needed to start. Service from then on felt hostile.
