I pulled up for an oil change thinking I could go straight in because there was an open bay, but instead I was asked to wait. No problem. Another car then arrived and was sent directly to the open bay, passing me with no explanation. Prejudice? Hard to say, but will never go back and will tell my friends to avoid. Sad, because they’re close to me and I was a regular.

One of my windshield wipers was replaced and early the next morning when it was raining I turned them off and the wiper fell off. If was dark and raining and I couldn't get it back on so I missed my appointment. And it scored my windshield.
5 star service, in and out in no time!!
