First time ever going to Valvoline. I got there and they made me wait even though I was next in line they had me reverse and they took two other cars before me. They stated they topped off my fluids but did not. The next day after my oild change I began to have issues with my car even though I had never had any. The oil started leaking and when I called to ask the supervisor said they did not check the bottom of my car, which makes no sense. Apparently it had been slowly leaking but they did not notice.
