Got an oil change, and they didn’t put the splash shield back in place. Disappointed with the careless service.
Came here because I like going to Valvoline due to a good reputation of customer service, as I have been to other locations and they had great service. Unfortunately, this place wasn’t what I expected. I usually just ask for an oil change, but Valvoline typically does a good job checking the basics on my car, like the filter and headlights. Find fast efficient
Great crew. Very professional. Quick and friendly service
These guys are horrible. Kicked my hubcaps on, torqued my oil pan bolt, and suggested useless products to me. Laughed me out of the shop and there was a hostile interaction between the team there. To say the least this turns me off from going to valvoline, because their standard procedure was never unscrewing my oil pan bolt, which is a selling point to me. Usually they drop something in the engine and drain it; not the case the day I went there
