I had oil change and tire rotation in April and then when I went for comprehensive vehicle inspection at another auto shop. They found out one of the wheel stud and 3 of the tire Lug Nut are damaged, and this can only happen due to improper installation from last time. Not recommend at all, staff definitely need more training!
I went to Valvolinefor oil change at Mowry,Fremont CA. I have been going there since they opened. Everytime I go, there's a new supervisor. This time there's a lady supervisor who is very professional and understanding. I got impressedbecause of the way she was explaining to me what they were going to do with my car which nobody before explained to me. I forget her name and the only thing I rememberis SAM. Idefinitelygoing back to that place. Thanks for your service.
The atmosphere in the establishment was very comfortable and Sam was a great help and runs a sharp ship and very kind to have been treated with respect. I will now be a costumer for ever after. Great job. Thanks a whole lot.
