Austin and his crew were absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for better service!
Fast service, Natasha and her staff were very friendly and accommodating. Quick oil change(less than 15 mins) and AC recharge which included pressure check of the system (90mins) overall great experience. Very hard workers.
The crew at the Cottonwood Valvoline store was amazing. Natasha handled the intake and Tony managed the oil change process. The team was friendly and explained the entire process. This was a new truck so I requested that only minimal checks were done on the vehicle and they were happy to oblige. The experience was a refreshing change from the typical high pressure “shady” conduct oil change shops. Will definitely be back and will recommend them to friends and family.
Staff was great, place was clean, oil change was super quick and reasonably priced !
