Nice and friendly customer service
We are very lucky to have a Valvoline Oil center a mile from us. Friendly technicians and they are helpful in answering your questions.
I like the convenience and price. However my wife spent significantly more than I did yet I had to replace the window washer fluid in her Jeep out of pocket before our family trip!
Survey Comment: I love using Valvoline, but I chose a different location than I normally use and this was not the best experience. I took longer. They did not do all the checks. Started to test my battery the. Stop mid way out the battery tester back down and started having a conversation with other workers never picked it back up. Did not ask or check tire pressure the next day my tire pressure light came on. Just feel like the workers at that location need more experience or pay better attention to what needs to be done.
