AS ONE OF THE FIRST CUSTOMERS WHEN THIS LOCATION OPENED 2 YEARS AGO, I HAVE COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES FOR OIL CHANGES/INSPECTIONS ON OUR CARS... EVERYONE THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY, AND VERY EFFICIENT. TRACY DID MY INSPECTION TODAY AND WE HAD A GOOD CHAT ABOUT SEVERAL AUTO RELATED MATTERS. I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THIS LOCATION FOR GOOD!
The process of getting my NC State inspection was quick and easy. The manager Tracy was helpful and knowledgable. The experience was much smoother than some I've had with Jiffy Lube in the past, so I will start going to this Valvoline location when I need my yearly inspection as well as regular oil changes.
They were quick and inexpensive. The customer service was awesome.
My daughter recently had a trip planned, but needed an oil change and transmission flush, luckily we found Valvoline Instant Oil Change!!! Tracy was very helpful and honest, with what needed to be done and pricing. We will getting our vehicles serviced there, from now on!!!!
They left my high beams on during an inspection, killed my battery, and their habor freight jump box was dead because they couldn’t find the charging cord
