It turns out the issue with my car wasn't one the team could help me with, but Kenneth and his team kindly explained the possible issues and places I could go to get it resolved. I appreciate how they took their time out to help me without trying to make me pay for unnecessary services. I'll be sure to bring my car to them the next time I need my oil change.
