I have been taking my mini Cooper countryman to this location at least every 4-5 weeks to get my oil changed. I usually have the manager do it because he’s the only one that knows where the filter is. Earlier this month I took it in and the employees had no idea what they were doing because the manager wasn’t there. I left and came back when the manager was there and they still did not know what they were doing! He did not change my oil. The primary technician was RJ and the manager was Tracy. They were polite, efficient, and thorough. I was very happy with the experience.
