I had a terrible experience with Johnnie, he was extremely rude and not helpful at all, he even screamed at me, and he is the store manager!! He never apologized and he just blamed me, after all the madness Joshua and Jaeden apologized for him and everything, they’re amazing. Corporate should take hands in the matter, apparently it happens very often, with is very sad…
