I paid $323.00 to lose the use of my vehicle for six weeks. Corporate Valvoline was a dream to work with but a guy who was identified only as Richard the manager was another story. First he called me and told me that he reviewed the cameras and his people did everything by the book. In fact what they did was removed a plug in my differential that read do not open. Would not recommend. They over filled my oil now I have a claim started to get my engine fixed. But haven't heard anything back from them in days.
Jaylyn and Jacke (I think was how it was spelt) were THE BEST. Absolutely amazing customer service. 10/10 recommend
Usually no wait if you go mid-day. Very friendly and helpful workers with a positive attitude. Be sure to get a coupon for at least 10%, $20off or better before you go.
