Mike and all the other techs working on my vehicle did an amazing job and took great care of me while I was there. Very down to earth people and easy to talk to.
Went there with 2019 Dodge Charger. Asked to check fluids and change drivers side headlight (which was out). They said they didn't have bulb in stock and also would not change bulb even if they had it, because it was a Charger and difficult to access. I went to buy bulb myself and with removing just one (1) bolt, so I could easily move airfiter away, I changed bulb myself. Took me 10 min. I even changed out passenger side, which took 5 minutes. I have received about 40 oil changes from Valvolines. Not pleased today.
I liked the job they did on my car yesterday so much that I took my wife's car in for an oil change today! Very professional and fast.
Everyone was nice and helpful. Service was quick!
The techs here ( Dakota) are very polite & knowledgeable. They answer any questions you have regarding service, they don't try to force sell you services/items you don't need. I always come to this specific Valvoline location.
