The knowledge and courteousness of employees. I was going on a trip and all tires were checked, all fluids were filled, air filter was checked, all lights and brakes were checked, I felt much safer knowing all of these items were in good working order.
This is my second time in there and they are so helpful and I appreciate how knowledgeable they are. I just moved from Indiana a few months ago. When I was down here in May I got my oil changed and said when I move back that is where I will continue to go and I mean it.
I went on their customer appreciation day to take advantage of the 50% off on any oil change. I knew it would be crowded. Even with the lines, everyone was courteous, professional and kind. There were extra team members on hand to accommodate the extra customers. Great job.
