Honestly the best time ive ever had at a oil change facility. the employees there were super helpful and the manager was even better. it was first time at a drive through place and they made me feel like i was there start customer. They showed me what they had replaced and why they were doing it. awesome place and will visit again.
Guys are knowledgeable and very welcoming atmosphere. Do not have any complaints only compliments for the techs

I usually do my oil changes myself and I will be sticking to that thanks to Valvoline. I came in spend $188 to get an oil change and then change some air filters just to find out the my engine splash is missing one bolt and all of the pin screws for it. This is ridiculous. It was hanging on my hopes and dreams at this point and my engine splash has been scraping the road for I’m not even sure how long. Im lucky I even caught it when I did. Went here on a Saturday morning and it was surprisingly not busy I paid the same amount for an oil change as I do at take 5 but I feel like this place is more attentive and check other simple things as well while you are there without asking Imani was my service rep and did a great job.
