Jimmy was extremely professional and thorough. Very friendly and actually made the experience fun and enjoyable. Fair prices and prompt service. This was my first visit to this facility and will be my go to from now on.
I visited the Scottsboro, AL shop on Nov 22nd with an urgent oil change request. The staff was very respectful, communicative, and even noted that I had a veteran tag, making me eligible for a veteran's discount. I had an extremely positive experience with the lead technician and his great attitude convinced me to continue using Valvoline Instant Oil in my hometown of Huntsville, AL. I hope this survey is communicated to that Scottsboro shop, they deserve to know how professional they are.
They are always quick. No hassle to purchase extras. I only wish they rotated tires as well.
Super friendly staff went above and beyond checking everything without asking experience was overall pleasant and unexpectedly brightened our day with their positive energy
The techs were great, quick service in and out for oil change but I still don't understand why have to come back at 3,000 miles instead of 5,000 miles when my vehicle uses synthetic oil. Why the change??
