Absolutely awful experience at Valvoline. I waited nearly 60 minutes to even get pulled into the bay, and then the technician launched into a nonstop rant about his wild weekend. He went on and on about his 3-day drinking bender, bragging about house parties and how drunk he got. He even had the nerve to ask me if I had a cure for his hangover, completely oblivious to how uncomfortable and uninterested I was.
