I've never felt completely welcomed at a Valvoline oil change spot. I'm always having to jump through hoops like this to get advertised discounts and coupons applied after never receiving them via text even though they were promised. Why am I sitting in my hot car in the Summer with my engine off instead of in a cool waiting room.
