I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS STORE’S QUALITY OF WORK. THEIR ATTEMPT TO REPLACE THE AIR FILTER ON MY WIFE’S 2008 TOYOTA AVALLON WAS A TOTAL “HACK JOB” & FAILURE. WHEN THEY TRIED TO REINSTALL THE NEW FILTER INTO THE AIR BOX, THEY CLEARLY HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WHEN MY WIFE RETURNED HOME, SHE ASKED ME TO GO OUT TO HERCAR AND SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY. WHILE CHECKING I FOUND THAT THEY DID NOT SECURE THE TOP OF THE AIRBOX CORRECTLY. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a shop ! They put the wrong oil on my transmission which caused my trucks transmission to overheat! when I whent back to put the right oil the manager stripped my fill plug bolt when he put it back on and of course didint tell me anything!? Now it still overheating and they “don’t work on transmission fluids anymore “ called corporate but I was never even sent my refund that I payed for them to mess up my vehicle
Love this location. Great fast service. And feel like they do a better inspection than the dealerships.
