Staff was very courteous and informative. No pressure to add additional services, but informed me of the necessity. The manager, Mitch, was extremely nice and kept me updated on the process. I have been a loyal customer here for the past 3years only because of the quality and the amazing service they provide. I have never had a bad experience with both of our vehicles. Highly recommended!
I was in the previous weekend to help my girlfriend get the oil changed on her car and during the wonderful inspection, Mitch the manager, informed us that we would need to get a new battery, quoting us at a $189 price. We had to decline on that visit because we did not have the funds at that time. We got the funds together and went during the next week. Mitchell and Anthony did an AWESOME job on my car. They explained everything to me from start to finish and were very transparent with their pricing and highly knowledgeable. I was shocked to learn about all the services Valvoline Instant Oil Changes offers, and I was in and out in minutes. Thanks again, boys! Awesome job and will be back.
Visited my local Valvoline this morning. Been to this location many times and today it seemed liked nobody wanted to work. There were no cars in any of the stalls and I pulled up and Caol threw his hands up, upset that he got a client, probably because he couldn't finish his breakfast he was eating. Then continued to yell at me to pull forward very harshly. Clearly didn't want my business.
