What a great experience! I parked, a gentleman helped me relatively quickly, all 3 bays were full so he was busy. Explained to him I’ve never been here before but have heard fantastic things from quite a few people! He said it’s super simple hop in your car, jump in lane 3, and we will get it squared away! No integrity
I brought my car in for a simple oil change and the tech did not drain my oil and allowed me to leave the location with over 2x the amount of necessary oil for my car causing my car to break down and damage multiple parts of the engine. Valvoline decided to deny my claim (after clear documentation) to fix all of the repairs needed so I am now having to pay thousands of dollars due to this.
