Friendly folks and fast service.
These guys are fast and polite. The time before this one though they changed my back wiper blade and broke or lost the cap on the end of the wiper arm. This visit they had trouble getting my dip stick out. When it did come out the technician said it was bent in an L shape. When he tried to straighten it, the dip stick broke. He said he had never seen that. Said it should be ok though since you could read when the oil level was full. No offer to replace it or even a discount. Great customer service!First time taking my personal car here. Went to two jiffy lubes by my house and they both said they were out of my cars oil filter and they didn’t seem like they wanted to work. This valvoline location did great! Definitely taking my car back here!
Went to this location because they had longer hours than others and it was late in the day. I was in and out quickly and all the staff were kind and respectful. I’ll definitely be back in the future!
