Wonderful service! Fast and friendly
Valvoline’s negligence destroyed my transmission. They put the wrong amount of transmission fluid in my vehicle. It’s clearly documented on their own invoice. As a result, I had to replace the entire transmission. My insurance, who almost never covers damage caused by auto shop errors, immediately sided with me. That’s how obvious Valvoline’s mistake was.
