I took my little car in there four-cylinder oil change air filter $140 I got a new car from Kia Dealership in St. Cloud free tire rotation oil changes $55 wow I would not recommend going to Jiffy Lube. Please take your time and look for people who do a better job not just trying to sell you shit and overcharging you.
Been here several times and never had this many problems. For starters, the guy couldn't even figure out how to get the hood open! They never checked my lights, they couldn't figure out how to get the air filter out, AND they broke the clips for my wipers when trying to replace them. I'm hoping they just spilled some oil while they were changing it because there has been a horrible burning smell for the last 20 minutes of my driving after leaving here. I won't go anywhere else for simple maintenance. All the guys are extremely professional and knowledgeable, they get the job done quickly and done right for a fair price. They do a free inspection to let you know if there are any other things you can take care of. I never have to wait long especially if I go before 4pm. No high pressure tactics just genuine helpfulness. Thank you! 🫶🏼
Maria was good, Phoenix seemed very distracted and less than enthusiastic. Jason was bottom tech and he obviously had trouble with something as Phoenix told him he had given him the wrong size. Took too long!!!
