I was extremely impressed with the manager, Romeo, and his team at the Mack Road location. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything that was being looked at on my car, explained issues found such as lights that I had him replace, and additional services to consider on my next visit. The whole experience was quick and easy. This was my third visit to this location and was the best yet. Thank you Romeo and team!
As soon as I was guided into park I was greeted and welcomed ! The gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable patient and kind. They explained everything to me giving me their honest feedback. The gentleman helping me in my station was extremely nice, I’m not sure which gentleman was working near my window but he was extremely helpful.
