Put wrong oil in my truck. Had to go to dealership based on low oil pressure light being on. Diagnostic fee and another oil change. Called customer service and they hung up on me.
Pretty half ass compared to other Valvoline Oil Change locations Ove visited previously. Not the customer service I was expecting. They then caused my oil pressure warning light to be stuck on, they don’t know if they can do anything about this I was told and accused I drove in like that. BS ! They didn’t check any of my other fluids, my tire pressure then lied and claimed that they did. I feel like I’ve been ripped off!
