I went to this valvoline for a quick oil change. There are two lines. One of the employees instructed me to go to the other line, saying it will be quicker. If it wasn’t, he said he would allow me back in the other line. I sat waiting for over an hour, my line going extremely slow. He did not add my car to the other lane. Valvoline is supposed to be quick, this took close to two hours.
Stopped at Cudahy WI location. Super quick and very friendly team. A+
