Everyone is very nice. Got out in a decent time
I've been going to this place for my oil change for like 2 years. This time they broke a part to the cap of my oil pan and said it'll be fine, but will need to be replaced later on. They replaced my windshield wipers cuz they were squeaking. Come to use them, they still squeak! After replacing them! I spent over $115 on all of this. It was ridiculous. I'mma stop coming there, they've changed and some good workers, who I trusted a lot, stopped working there. This place has gone downhill since they left.
Manager Ashley directed us so well and gave us good info about our leak and was so helpful and so sweet! Amazing service. We love coming here! Thank you!
Friendly employees. Didn’t feel judged or pressured. Made valid suggestions of extra services and worked to get me out in a timely manner even after adding the upgrades. I will be a returning customer in the future!
