The technicians did a great job. When they told me what I needed to change like the engine filter they didn’t push it on me. They were very nice men. I do think they need big fans in the shop when it’s hot out because one tech had to go home sick possibly from heat stroke.
Nice people, But how come technician can not keep greasy hand prints off the vehicles ? This is why I pay the extra cost at the dealership. Why does this facility recommend changing oil every 3,00 miles when the synthetic oil from the dealership recommends 8,000 miles?
Just the oil change as instructed. Didn’t try to abuse the element fleet card we have. In and out within 10 minutes
I sat in my truck for 30 minutes while an entire team of people just stood outside in front of me laughing and joking with one another. I believe this will be my last visit!
Excellent service. The Manager Ashley went above and beyond the call!!
